Look at you traipsing around fishin’ holes. A dragon or perhaps a damsel. Wing position makes me think dragon.

Sweet. From personal experience I know how hard it can be to capture damsels and dragons with a camera. If you are interested in knowing what insect, you could always run a search with identifying insects then send a photo to sites that aid in identifying what people find.
