Mr. Jazz Man

Mr. Jazz Man – drawn by Peyton in 2004 – age 6

artist – my mom, drawn while in high school, 1960

Jordan’s 6′ Oscar, wearing a t-shirt given to him many years ago…

Bonus photo: Sydnee Pee, wearing a multitude of orangey-ish (depends on the lighting) colors

This week’s challenge encompasses the color orange.  It seems I have quite a bit of orange on my walls and walking around the house.  As one can see above, each element of orange, is related to the arts in some way, including the bonus photo.  My son Peyton has always enjoyed drawing and painting.  My mother’s dream was to become a commercial artist.  My son Jordan is on his way to becoming a ‘big deal’ in Hollywood and Sydnee Pee – everyone knows she is the quintessential super model and dramatic actress.

Wow, that first pic reminds me of Gerard Boulanger! He’s really good, even as a child!

I really loved the picture your mother drew,
quite beautiful! Of course, nothing compares
to the imagination of what a child comes
    up with;)
