Not sure of the context, but who cares? I like it.

Thanks!!! I was just commenting on it – I looked at with more a positive and matter-of-fact type of spin. But, one can see it to be the total opposite – a metaphor for regret and disappointment. Thanks for your lovely comment:)

I gave you my shooting stars and you shot them down, goddamn you.

I so love writing these 6 word bits and seeing how people interpret what I have conceived – this is a great perception. Thanks!!

I like the SWS too. I think they really do tell more about us than a long essay. If after a year the 52 SWS were compiled ……. we’d probably burn it. LOL

Good job Ron asked the question! I was about to say ‘that’s nice of you’. Perhaps not 😦 More fish in the sea? I guess you liked that one though.

This is awesome -thanks. I write these, so they can be perceived in many ways – different or similar – but all dependent on the mind who reads it. My thought was my children. My dreams are always for them – I find a penny and make a wish. It is for them – their happiness and health and finding their dreams. I know that it can also be looked at as giving someone something – a heart, dream, mind,….and they squander it or destroy it in some way. 🙂

I’m glad someone does this challenge in the way it’s intended. I’m afraid I’m a deviant 🙂 How old are your children?

Thank you so much:). As I said, it is fun to see what people come up with. My oldest son is 20 and my youngest is 17. 🙂

Wow – mere six words and yet this piece made me feel so nostalgic and contemplating this and that. Thanks for sharing.
