under the stars – part 4

i can hear a single flute

as

it taps quietly through the air,

infused by the rhythm

of

a lightly tapped snare ~ ~ ~

~

what beautiful music to inspire

a ravishing moment

such as this ~

with each passing measure… lingering

you seduce me with your hands and a kiss ~ ~ ~

~ ~ ~

i can feel the warmth of your lips igniting

a current deep within

and

the touch of your fingertips

gliding ~ softly ~ along ~ ~ ~

the contours of my shoulders,

up along the nape of my neck

and slowly ~ caressing ~ my lips

before

sliding ~ your way

down to my breasts ~ ~ ~

~ ~ ~

i am so entranced by your presence ~

wanting only to be devoured

by

this feverish dance of desire

and

submit to your seductive powers…

to be continued…

(inspired by Maurice Ravel’s ‘Bolero’)

I can really understand how Bolero could inspire this writing. It is slow and builds and builds. πŸ™‚
    Please Continue. lol

Thank you. I am working on the next part – it is a bit daunting because I am not used to writing in this particular genre.
