my safe harbor

~
my heart may read
as if
it has been cast away ~
always adrift in an ocean of darkness
&
maybe
this is true
but
i can assure you,
i always return to a safe harbor ~
where beauty and unconditional love
will forever exist ~
within the hearts of my children.
