      Hah!!!!!!! I live in a very rural area – you should see the mega feasts and banquets taking place – especially in the fields where the corn has already been harvested!!!!

      Isn’t cool? Plus we have sand hill cranes in Lakemoor/MCHenry. Soooo cool to watch.

      Yes – and there are huge formations – not just geese but sand hill cranes. So cool:)

    Hope they have a good trip. I love seeing the birds make stopovers in the city before they resume their travels. =)

      I tried to get a photo and each time I did, the birds looked like a blip – I need a much stronger lens. 🙂
