muddled thoughts

*
fog hovers overhead
like
doubt casts a shadow
within one’s mind ~
allowing fear to rule with an upper hand.
*
only
daylight from above
and
the light of courage from within
can slay
the haze
of
uncertainty

I hope the haze is vanquished! I love your first line, fog really does hang above the poem and everything. ❤

Thank you – it kinda vanquished – it never really dissipates completely.
