Jump off throw on your suit and go swim some laps. I know you love to do that don’t you? That’s what I do. I can swim for an hour non-stop ever since I got my flip turn down. 😀

That’s not good. You might disembark somewhere nice, I hope so.

You feel helpless, but I know you are a strong woman, Kim. Sometimes being strong gets frustrating and exhausting though. Keep writing, keep swimming, keep doing whatever you can do to *be good to you* – and know we’re all here with our support and our virtual hugs. I’m sorry I can’t be there to give you one in person … just know that I’m rooting for you, okay?

I know – you are so sweet. don’t you wish you could just reach your hand into your computer and pull out a friend – literally. I like to think that some day teleportation will happen. i need it now. Like right now:)

I hope that you can put the brakes on before this happens. Hang in there…this too shall pass.
