Yes, there is was only one college freshman in my life.
This is was Jordan’s dorm room, or at least his half of it.
This is was Jordan’s first taste of independence and freedom.
I was told this photo was taken right before he started to pack his ‘stuff’ at the end of the school year – thus, why it looks a bit disheveled. (Yes, right, like I believe ‘that’ excuse). I love this photo. I see so much life experience, hard work, absorption of knowledge, hard work and love. Most importantly, I see the place – the room – where Jordan’s dream has begun – his journey to become a filmmaker.
Jordan truly loved his first year at school and I could not be more proud of him.

I love this room! It looks lived in and tells a story for sure. To you especially I can imagine! 😀

It is such a funny photo. I love how he mounted his fan on a tennis racket and used a swim noodle to buffer the bottom edge of the bed so he wouldn’t hit his head. Humph – who knew he could live without his mom? When he is with me I can see no indication that he is able to do anything on his own:)

Really nice room. Liked the refer and the microwave. They wouldn’t allow any appliances when I was in school

I have some other photos – the one under his bed is quite interesting one. I may have to post that one some time. How he can fit all of his world under that space is amazing.
