sounds of falling rain

in my lone place of nowhere

a puddle of tears

Those words convey sadness. Hope they don’t reflect your own situation.

Wonderful. Simple, direct, to the point and powerful.

I was reading in my Reader and just finished reading this one that was about lonliness.

The very next one in line to read was yours about loneliness too. There must be a lesson or moral to it all. lol
I like poems that express these feelings. Somehow they make me feel not quite so alone. 🙂

thank you. my boys are no around – Peyton in Mexico and Jordan at school and my boss is out of town for the week. I am by myself at work. Yes, Pee is at home, but I could use the company. She makes for a great pillow:)

Ah yes. It’s so hard when those kids are away. Sometimes it’s hard when the mothering is gone(although it’s really always in need). Those day to day activities as a Mother was such an intricate part of your life, hard to know what to do with the spare time. Time to find yourself again🙋🙋
