The first of the Divertissement. Some productions relate the Spanish Dance to coffee and some to chocolate. I chose to go with hot chocolate. This piece of music is one of my favorites. I never danced the Spanish Dance, but I remember the choreography from start to finish.

Holy moly you have an extensive collection. 🙂
Where do you keep them in the “off season”?

This little guy looks like something that could be found all over a small tourist town nearby. Frankenmuth. A fun little place to visit. Especially if you like Christmas, beer, chicken or candy. 🙂

I have been there many times and I know of the place of which you speak. I lived in Toledo, OH for a spell – the ex is from there and his family still lives there. The last time i was there, i was pregnant with Peyton (who is now, 17)

Dang, that’s a long time. Did any of your Nutcrackers come from Bronner’s or any of the other shops?

no – though i bought a few Nutcracker ornaments from there. i am afraid my ex was not big with anything that had anything to do with the Xmas holidays – including my Nutcrackers. it wasn’t till i got divorced that all of my ‘nuts’ were taken out of boxes.

Hahaha. Nuts, boxes…. I’ll leave that one alone because it’s just too easy. LOL
Let me know if you ever get to “The Muth” again. I’ll treat you to a glass of wine or a beer. Your choice. 🙂
